Combobox does not hide the popup when clicking outside

I have a Combobox Control in my form.
In the website standard, when I focus out the Combobox, the item popup will hide.
However, Wisej Comboxbox Control does not.
Is it a bug?

I can reproduce. It happens when the focus is not changed. Will check better and log.
