I was wondering if it possible to implement some the positioning / anchoring options which seem to be available in the Datalabels plugin?

I have a doughnut chart where I put the label on and it appears in the centre of each section. When you have too many section, they overlap.
From the looks of the above link, there are position options but unsure how to inject them into the chart as their are no designed options for this that i can see.
The type of chart I am looking for is attached (pie attached but same concept).

Talking this with the product team, They tell me that will update the extension ChartJs and most of the properties listed here:
https://chartjs-plugin-datalabels.netlify.app/guide/options.html#scriptable-options
will able to be configured for each chart instance
This will be available in the next release
