Change Trial License to Developer

Hello,

We used a Trial License and then bought a Dev License.

The Trial License is now Expired and we can’t change to the Developer License.

All the info on your site says that I just have to open the designer and he will ask me to put in the new key, but it only says the license is invalid and expired with no option to put in anything.

I tried to reinstall the tool (version 2.5.26.0) and restarted the machine, but it doesn’t help.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Sascha,

There should be a “DEACTIVATE LICENSE” button that would let you input your new license.

I have attached a screenshot.

    Ok, that works… There isn’t really a reason why a Close Button would not close the window and do something else than the [X] on the top right
