Can not Change Tooltipicon

Hello I think I have found a bug with the tool tips where you can not change there icon using the ToolTip.ToolTipIcon = Wisej.Web.ToolTipIcon.None; property. I have tried setting this to none error and so on but you always seem to get this blue icon and an error pointing at your tooltip. any hits on how to remove this or if this is a bug that would be awesome to know, so I can ignore and move on until there is a fix in place. Thanks in advanced. Below is a picture of what I get and I am also linking a sample app with the tool tip icon set to none as well.
