Blank Page on start

Hi, I have a server with IIS, where I released my application, which works fine.
I copied the Bin folder to a new server but I only see a blank page.

I have checked the security options for the wwwroot folder and it seems all right.

See attached photo of the chrome console.

It seems that resource.wx and wisej.wx are missing.

I deployed a release version.

What am I wrong?

I'm close to a delivery, so need help.
