Application not loading in IE 11, loading in firefox

I have created sample application hello world.

which have been deployed with visual studio publish method.

Application is loading on mozila firefox. even on google chrome, but not loading on IE 11.

Please let me know any specific setting to be done for IE 11 with IIS.

I can’t reproduce. There was an issue with IE in emulation mode 10 but it was fixed in 1.3.85. It was:

WJ-8370: IE10 (or IE10 emulation) may load qx.js twice caused pointerdown events to be fired twice.
