We’ve extended our professional services offering with different consulting options. 

Support Cases

Most Wisej.NET licenses include standard or priority support services, for example Wisej.NET Developer Enterprise edition and customers with a valid Wisej.NET Technology Partner agreement.

For standard or community license editions, professional support can now be bought on a per-case basis:

  • Wisej.NET Support Case (SKU: WJSS-SUPP).

Each case is handled with a focus on timely resolution and practical recommendations to ensure optimal implementation and results. The time budget for support engineers is 60 minutes max.

Prepaid Consulting Packages

When building a new application or migrating an existing application to the web with Wisej.NET, a number of questions and issues come up along the way. We are happy to help with individual consulting services for your specific requirements.

We set up a prepaid budget of consulting hours that you can use to work with the experts from our professional services team. These packages are available as three different options:

  • Wisej.NET Consulting Services 8h Package (WJSS-CON8)
  • Wisej.NET Consulting Services 20h Package (WJSS-CON20)
  • Wisej.NET Consulting Services 40h Package (WJSS-CON40)
