I’ve noticed that if I dock a toolbar control at the bottom of a form and set the form border style to none, when the form is pinched/zoomed on the iPhone, it pushes the toolbar up so that it looks like it’s no longer docked at the bottom, instead leaving a white gap between the bottom of the toolbar and the bottom of the form. Then when I zoom the screen back out to it’s normal size, the toolbar doesn’t always dock back at the bottom, it moves off screen and the only way to get it back is to zoom in/out until it behaves itself.
So I would like to know if there is a way to somehow lock the size of a form after it has initially loaded which would prevent the user from carrying out a pinch/zoom action on a mobile device which would then sort out the toolbar problem.
We are working on this. There is a strange resize when pinching and zooming. You can use the viewport meta to limit zooming but Apple decided to ignore it.
