StackOverFlow exception when I try to resize the web form after upgrade to 2.0.34

To Whom it may concern,

After I upgraded from version 2.0.24 (last stable ver for RTL) I get a stackoverflow exception on the responsive event

Hi Eyal,

Thanks for reporting.  The responsive event is not working in 2.0.34 and causing a few issues, but will be fixed in the next release.
