Invalid Server License - on LIVE server - please help!

Hi,

My client has just complained that they are getting “Invalid Server License” … you can see this on https://airside.paravion.com.au/.

It is reporting Expiration 23/04/2019, which is correct, so the actual key on the site appears to be picked up correctly.

When I check license keys at https://wisej.com/account/ it says 682 activations – which might be the problem.  I don’t understand where 682 comes from, as there is a single production server install using this key.

Your urgent assistance remedying this would be appreciated as my clients are complaining.

    Hi, we bought the license of your WiseJ development framework. We understood that we can activate each development license 3 times. One of our requirement is to temporary install the development framework on some industrial PC for debug purpose then uninstall at the end of the job. Does the uninstalling of the development framework reset the activation counter ? Please advice.

It has been fixed earlier today.

What appears to have been a php update has caused the license check to create the wrong signature – detected as license tampering.

Recycle the app pool or restart the server to update the license. If it doesn’t work, delete the file wisej-license.lic.
