ColumnFilter extension get filter value

ColumnFilter extension (simple or where) How do I get filter values in the column or columns we filter?

For example, I have a column (colYear) in the DataGridView where I list the years.
In this column, I choose 2018 with a simple filter and filter the data.
How can I get the filter value (Where Year = ‘2018’) in the column?
