CkEditor missing after launching the application

Hi everyone,

we are currently facing an issue with the ckeditor.

Problem

The editor is showing just fine when opening the parent form in the studios designer,
but as soon as we launch the application and open the form in the browser, the ckeditor is not showing up.

The space where the editor is supposed to be, stays blank.

Is this an error in the current version?

Just as an update to everybody:

It´s caused by a recent code change and only happens if the ckeditor extension is build in release mode.
It will be fixed in the next Wisej release.

If you need an urgent workaround, please download the extension´s source from GitHub and rebuild in Debug Mode.

Hi Florian,

can you please check your browsers console if there are any error messages ?
Do you use any browser plugins ? If yes, can you please try deactivating them ?

    Hi Frank, i tried multiple browsers and my colleagues face the same issue. Just now I started a vanilla version of firefox and opened the attached sample. No errors were recorded in the console. Is there an email that i can send some more detailed logs to?
